Payment Carrozzeria Design accepts cash, certified check, money order, wire transfer, or credit card payment. All orders or invoices must be prepaid prior to delivery. Prices Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are only valid for the period quoted by Carrozzeria Design. Prices are exclusive of, and Customer is responsible for payment of applicable sales, goods and service, value added or like taxes. Customer is also responsible for shipping charges FOB Carrozzeria Design. Shipment Orders will ship via DHL or other common freight carrier as necessary. Shipping and handling charges will be listed separately on Carrozzeria Design's invoice. Risk of loss or damage during transit is the sole responsibility of the respective carrier. All orders leave Carrozzeria Design in good condition without damage and are insured for its full value. In the event damage is discovered upon delivery, contact Carrozzeria Design and the respective carrier immediately. The damaged contents must be kept in its original packaging. Damage claims are handled directly with the respective carrier. Returns If a Customer requests a return, contact Carrozzeria Design to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items must be returned freight prepaid and marked with a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns or freight collect shipments will not be accepted. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Used or special order items are not returnable. Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are for credit towards future purchases only. Refunds will not be authorized. Warranty No warranty beyond that of the product manufacturer is expressed or implied. Freight and/or labor expenses incurred on warranty claims are the sole responsibility of the Customer. In no event shall Carrozzeria Design be liable to any person for any special, indirect or consequential damage relating to the use of our product. Customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of our products. It is the Customer's sole and complete responsibility to determine that products used on their vehicle adhere to federal, state and local laws and regulations.
